Here are some tips and information on how to best prepare for your car rental. These tips do cover most situations, however, there are some rental agencies and/or locations that may vary.
AAA has a partnership with Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty. To get the added benefits, be sure to book a AAA Rate as these benefits are not included on all rentals. You must also bring your AAA card with you as proof of qualification for the rate. Some locations will accept the membership card in the AAA app and some will not accept it.
Other rental companies will appear on our site to help you choose the best location, car, and rate for your needs, even though they are not our preferred partners.
