- Do not smoke or vape in the rental vehicle or you may be charged a very hefty cleaning fee
- If you have any issues with your rental car, you must contact the rental company directly. It is important to report issues to them immediately.
- If you need to change your reservation in any way (such as changes to the drop-off date, time, or location) you will need to contact the rental company directly. Your rental agreement obtained at time of pick up will contain the necessary contact details. Unfortunately, the agency is not able to complete these changes on your behalf.
- Should your rental car be involved in an accident, you must contact the rental company and obtain a police report. Be sure to also contact any other insurance plans you may have (such as the plan offered on our website, your own insurance, your credit card, etc). This will help make sure you have the necessary information to complete a claim.
- Any changes to your agreement (adding an additional driver, adding/removing protection plans, etc) must go through the rental company and may require a visit to a nearby location for signature.
