Modifying the date of your booking will rebook the hotel and may affect the original rate confirmed.
Modifying the hotel room or type, the number of people in your party, or the number of rooms will rebook the hotel and will affect the original rate confirmed.
In order to modify your booking, you'll need to pull it up on our site using the email address under which it was booked and the confirmation number for the booking.
If modification is allowed, you'll see a green button labeled Modify Booking. Click on that and follow the prompts.
Again, any change to your book will change the rate, meaning your total will be different. Please make note of that before confirming your change.
If you are unable to modify your booking through our website, please contact us a the phone number on your confirmation as many hotels require bookings are changed the same way they are booked. Alternatively, if your hotel is not under penalty, you may cancel and rebook as desired.
Please note that any reservation that is under cancellation penalty may not waive the penalty to modify the reservation. Not all reservations are able to be modified.
